This is a project as part of the OMI Collective, whose goal is the digitization and preservation of Tropical Modernist Architecture in Nigeria.
Using technologies such as Photogrammetry, Augmented Virtual and Mixed Reality, we documented iconic structures like the Itiku House, the Independence Building, and the Tafawa Balewa Square gates, many of which were illegally demolished in 2023.
